Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights under US state privacy laws and Canada's PIPEDA.

Who is responsible

The business responsible for your data is OlivePrestige Maison d'Olive, 1180 Olive Grove Way, Suite 300, Brooklyn, NY 11222, USA. Privacy enquiries: concierge@oliveprestige.com.

What we collect and why

To fulfil an order we process your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number. We use it only to process, ship and support your order.

Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers. We receive only a transaction reference and the last four digits.

If you subscribe to the harvest letter we process your email address with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the link in every message.

Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary cookies keep your cart and session working and require no consent. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner, and analytics data is aggregated and IP-truncated.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or share personal data with advertising networks.

Retention

Order records are kept for seven years to meet US and Canadian tax and commercial obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for two years.

Your rights

Under the CCPA/CPRA and Canada's PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of any sale or sharing of it — we do not sell or share personal information. Email us and we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your state attorney general or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
