Shipping Policy

Northeast and Mid-Atlantic (NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, MD, DC): 1–2 business days, $6.95. Midwest and South: 2–3 business days, $8.95. Mountain and West Coast: 3–4 business days, $11.95. Alaska and Hawaii: 4–6 business days, $19.95.

Canada: 3–6 business days to Ontario, Québec, British Columbia and the Prairies, $14.95 flat, delivered duty paid. Territories add two to four days.

Shipping is complimentary on all US and Canadian orders above $100.

US orders ship from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse. Sales tax is calculated at checkout for states where we are registered, and nothing further is collected on delivery.

Canadian orders ship delivered duty paid: GST/HST/QST, duties and brokerage are calculated and settled at checkout, so the courier will never ask you for money at the door.

Bottles travel in molded pulp inserts inside double-wall corrugate. In the rare event of a breakage, photograph the parcel as delivered and email us within 48 hours; we replace the order immediately without requiring a return.

A tracking link is issued when the parcel is scanned by UPS, FedEx or USPS. During the November–December gifting season and immediately after a new harvest lands, dispatch can take up to 72 hours; the delay is shown on the product page when it applies.
