The story of this lot
Corto is a family-owned California miller that harvests at peak freshness and presses within hours of picking. The TRULY blend combines Arbequina, Arbosana and Koroneiki olives grown in the Central Valley.
The FlavorLock bag-in-box protects the oil from light and oxygen far better than a traditional jug. The easy-pour spigot means every drizzle is as fresh as the first.
