Graza's Sizzle and Drizzle come from a single estate in Jaén, Spain, where Picual olives are picked at peak ripeness for the highest polyphenol potential.
Sizzle is formulated for cooking: mellow, round, and stable enough for heat. Drizzle is the finishing half of the pair — bright, punchy, and green-fruited, best added after cooking.
