Egregio is Oleoestepa's certified organic expression from the same Estepa PDO hills, made with a three-variety blend of early-harvest Hojiblanca, Arbequina and Picual olives.

The artichoke and green-fruit character is more rounded than the limited-edition bottling, making it a versatile kitchen oil that still carries the complexity of a first-harvest EVOO.
