Pressed on Corfu from single-origin Lianolia Kerkyras olives, milled cold within hours of harvest to protect aroma and antioxidants.
The oil is bottled unfiltered, keeping the natural sediment — and with it the polyphenols and oleocanthal that give the oil its peppery bite.
